Lunch at Francesca's
To kick off our conference, we will have a family-style lunch at Francesca’s from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m on Wednesday, March 21. This is part of the regular conference fee, and is optional to all conference attendees. This lunch gathering is a great way to get to know new attendees and reconnect with old friends before conference sessions begin. Please indicate whether or not you would like to join us for this optional lunch on your conference registration form.
This year, rather than planning a single, coordinated excursion during the conference, we will be adjusting the schedule on Thursday, March 22, to allow groups to venture into Chicago and explore on their own. We will coordinate tour groups according to destination for those interested, but individuals are free to make their own plans as they wish. No excursion cost is built into the price of registration.
The Hilton Magnificent Mile Suites in Chicago is just steps away from the Magnificent Mile shopping district and is central to a variety of restaurant options and attractions.

It may be of interest to some to know that Hamilton will be showing in Chicago during the time of our March conference. If you are interested in purchasing tickets, you should do so on your own. It is expected that tickets will be more expensive and less available closer to the time of a showing.
It is also notable that The Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K run/2-mile walk is scheduled for Sunday, March 25 for those interested.
Business casual attire is appropriate for this small, plenary-formatted conference. Please remember to bring samples of your marketing materials to share! This could include direct-mail pieces, posters, swag/giveaways, etc. You can bring multiple pieces to share or minimal quantities for display only.
Cancellations-conference fees will be refunded less $100 if cancellation is received by email March 1, 2018. Cancellations after March 1, 2018 will not receive a refund.
