The now-famous New Administrators Pre-Conference remains one of the most popular and meaningful events at the annual NAASS conference.

Join colleagues at all levels of summer administration in an intensive 1 1/2-day workshop that will introduce you to the many sides of summer/special program work (administration, communication & marketing, finances, data and reporting, and more).

Led by two dynamic summer administrators, this is a program not to be missed if you're new (or newish) to the summer/winter world!

Cultural Excursion & Networking Reception: Sponsored by the Western Region

We are delighted to be visiting the innovative Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) for our excursion.  All conference registrants will receive admission to OMSI, which can be used either during the scheduled event or on your own during your time in Portland.

We will allow everyone ample time to explore the many exhibits in OMNI, including (as a part of our admission) entrance to a visiting King Tut exhibit!

Come learn about Oregon's long history of innovation in industry and science!

Immediately following time in the museum we will move into the Theory restaurant, one of OMSI's beautiful event spaces, where we will enjoy locally-themed and sourced foods and taste wines and beers from the region.  This will be an event to remember!
